Contributions will explore stakeholder-driven applications ranging from extreme event prediction to long-term climate adaptation, urban liveability, and marine and hydrological systems, strengthening Europe\u2019s digital twin ecosystem and its global relevance. observation data<\/strong> are developed, delivered and used.<\/p>\n<p>With more than a decade of Copernicus data now available, the convergence of AI\/ML, High Performance Computing, big data and Digital Twins is opening the door to a <strong>new generation of applications and services<\/strong>.
